Yes. Every plan includes a clearly defined number of support hours per month as well as core security, with no hidden add-on fees. The level of support, response time, and security work increases with each plan.

No, Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately at Microsoft's official pricing. Our fee covers management, support, security and optimisation of your environment.

The support agreement is the recurring monthly fee for management, user support, administration, security work, and follow-up according to the selected plan. It is not the Microsoft licence itself, but MAQ Techs’ ongoing responsibility for your environment.

Monthly shows the standard price for an ongoing support agreement. Annual shows a discounted price for a 12-month support agreement. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately regardless of which option you choose.

Each plan has a minimum number of users so the agreement remains commercially viable to deliver. This means you pay at least the minimum monthly level shown on the card, even if you are currently below that user count.

Yes. You can move to a higher plan as your needs grow, for example if you want faster response times, more proactive security work, or broader advisory support.

Larger projects, migrations, implementations, and broader change initiatives are quoted separately. The support agreement covers ongoing work within the selected plan, not larger one-off projects.
